All of this is INCLUDED in the price - there is NO SEPARATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN/SKU - Therefore, you cannot sell it without support or implementation.

In the beginning, we will be implementing people in the usual way, but the eventual goal is that customers will be able to implement themselves using the setup wizard and an automatically generated Custom Curriculum.

The set up wizard asks for information such as what country they are in, what type of business they are (Service vs Retail) etc and creates the Chart of Accounts and reports based on their business. The Custom Curriculum is created based on this information as well, as well as their target go-live date. The custom curriculum will set goals of videos to watch and tasks to complete during the implementation process.
