It is possible to data load your supplier price lists into the Virtual Warehouse for easy lookup capability without loading these parts into your regular/real inventory. 
This video explains how to enable the virtual warehouse feature, and shows how to data load a CSV file (using Excel) containing your suppliers electronic data into System Five.
