To access any customer who has setup an account with LogMeIn so that their PC can be accessed via LogMEIn Rescue, perform the following steps:
1: The customer needs to have an account created with a password. Once this has been set, have the customer give this to you
2: Go to : https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/HelpDesk/Home.aspx
3: Login using the information provided to you by the customer
4: Launch technician console
5: Click New Session
6: Send e-mail direct connect link
7: Customer will have to enter in the passcode that you see on the top left side
8: click start session
9: You connection will appear similar to below:
