Accounting is not everyone’s favorite activity or expertise, but it is a necessary process in any business. Use this to learn best practices for using accounting in System Five. From A/P to A/R, journal entries, understand ledger posting, closing the POS at end of day, and reconciliations.  This will help you and your staff keep your ledger intact so you can rely on financial reporting at any given time.
