To scan Drivers Licenses in Windward System Five on Cloud, the POS-X EVO 2D barcode scanner MUST be programmed as USB-HID. Also the RDP Virtual Chanel and the Remote POS Device Manager must be setup on the local workstation.

First setup the RDP Virtual Chanel Software and the Remote POS Device Manager.\\

You do not need pre or post ambles with HID mode. In the POS device manager, simply select the HID tab and select the HID scanner from the list. The EVO-2D shows as 4600.\\
