THIS PINPAD DOES NOT SUPPORT EMV CHIP AND PIN CARDS

• EMV will be supported with the Verifone Vx810. This solution is not yet certified with System Five.

This pinpad is available from Paymentech Canada

Set the 3 digit terminal id in the Pinpad ID.
Ensure you are running the very latest version of dsi client on all stations, curently 3.84.
New units are being shipped with a new firmware. Ensure your version of System Five supports the SC5000 V2 for compatibility.
The paymentech device driver has not been tested on Terminal Services.
RS-232 Serial connection only (USB-Serial connectors do not work)
