This report as shown in Figure 1, displays the following employee information:

• First Name - the first name of the employee as it appears in the employee setup
• Last Name - the last name of the employee as it appears in the employee setup
• Address 1 - the address of the employee as it appears in the Address 1 field of the employee setup
• SIN - the employee's Social Insurance Number
• Birth Date - employee's birth date
• Start Date - the employee's starting date of employment
• Hired Date - the employee's hired date
• Federal TD1 - For Canadian payroll, this is the employee's Federal TD1 amount. For US, this is the number of allowances claimed on Federal Form W-4.
• State TD1 - For Canadian payroll, this is the employee's Provincial TD1 amount. For US, this is the number of allowances claimed on the specific state form W-4.
• Employee Freeform_50 - the information entered in the employee free form 50.
• End Date - the employee's end of employment
• ROE Code - the employee's record of employee code
