This report shown in Figure 1 displays information that compose the payrun details of an employee. When running the report, you can filter it by Pay Run Number. The following information will be summarized per employee:

• First Name - the employee's first name as recorded in the employee details setup
• Last Name - the employee's last name as recorded in the employee details setup
• SIN - the employee's SIN number issued by the government
• Federal TD1 - the employee's Federal TD1 amount for Canadian Payroll or the number of federal W4 allowances claimed for US payroll
• State TD1 - the number employee's Provincial TD1 amount for Canadian Payroll or the number of state allowances claimed by the employee for US payroll
• Payroll Item - the description of the payroll item
• Liability Ledger - the liability ledger number where transactions will be posted, normally under the 2000 series
• Expense Ledger - the expense ledger number where transactions will be posted and is to be under 6000 series
