-A payment processor contract should not be signed until some questions have been asked.

-Request details of Qualified, Mid-Qualified and Non qualifying fees.  Some transactions do not qualify for the lowest fee.  For example, your ecommerce solution may not qualify and be charged a higher per transaction fee.

-Determine if a special software gateway needs to be purchased.  Processors not in the Supported section of Figure 1 will require the purchase of additional software to integrate with System Five.
