What is the use of the Comment Tab in the customer records as well as the History Comment Tab?

Comment Tab is where you can type in information that you would like to pass on to any person who wants to access a specific supplier. A window would pop out with the comment you created, before a user can access the suppliers record, they need to confirm and click the OK button if not they would not be able to proceed in accessing the suppliers record. History Comment Tab is where you can track interactions that you had with your customer, like conversations where you can specify the date, the person who you where talking to and the details of your conversation. This recorded interaction can be useful for future conversation since it allows you to refer back by saving this information in your history comment. Just highlight the history entry if you want to Edit or Delete it with the corresponding buttons provided. Note: Click Refresh button after you added your history comment entry to view it.
