How to use the “GENERATE” in adding new items individually

In SpeedyPOSV6 you can add items either by system generated or manual input of the part number. From the Navigator select Inventory and Purchases>Inventory>New Item. If you choose to let the system generate a part number for you follow these steps: 1.] Select the Main Category then the Sub Category 2.] Click Generate Button 3.] Select the Supplier (Optional since you can add suppliers anytime if you want to update the inventory record) 4.] Input description then the cost and initial quantity (if you have stocks) and click ok if you\'re finished 5.] The new item will then be created and automatically you can view the inventory record
