How to fix proof amount in the Trial Balance?
From the Navigator menu, choose General Ledger> Integrity Checks> Test Proof. If you have found an error in the system, or if you find that your Balance Sheet is out, you will probably want to run a Test Proof to find out where and when the error occurred. When you run a test proof you are asked for the Start Month and the End Month for the system to begin running the proof. It is a good idea to pick at least one month before where you suspect the error to be as accounting errors could carry over into the next month.
