How to add look up words in your customer records in order to select the look up words in Add Customer Criteria in WeMail.

To select look up words in the Add Customer Criteria in WeMail you must first add the look up word to the customer record in your software. In your customer record, select the look up word tab and there you can add key words as look up words.
