How to update inventory counts ex. during month end or year end or simply changing the quantities in your stocks

You will use the Physical Inventory Count Feature to do updates for your inventory stocks. You will need to create a count batch and if you process the count batch this will update your stock quantities and a VARIANCE REPORT will then be generated. You need to print or save by importing it to a spreadsheet since the variance report can\'\'t be reproduce once you exit. In the Variance Report an adjustment amount will be given and there\'s a need to create a journal entry for this to either increase or decrease your inventory value.
