====== Symbol LS-4278 LS4278 Scanning Issue ======

====== Scanner will not send any information to Windows or DOS Prompt ======

Scanner only emits a series of beeps when a barcode is scanned and nothing is transmitted to the command prompt.

==== Detailed Problem Solution ====
The problem is that the scanner has lost communication with the cradle, or has lost it's programming. The resolution to this problem is to simply scan the barcode on the wireless cradle and this re-established communication between the cradle and the hand set. If this still does not resolve the issue, then there may be something wrong with the device and will require the end user to call Symbol Customer Support to further troubleshoot the issue.
