Employment Insurance withheld at a reduced rate

If a reduced rate has been granted by Canada Revenue Agency, the regular Employment Insurance Payroll item will not calculate the correct amount for EI, and a second tax item is required.

This tutorial demonstrates how to create a payroll tax item for a reduced rate of EI.
