Access Violation in SystemFive.exe

Explanation

At this time the error seems to only apply to Ecomm customers. This Error Message came up every time we tried to export to XML from anywhere in System Five. Tested by trying to export the error logs. The error was consistently coming up right after we told it to save the error file, and did not matter which folder we saved it to.

Detailed Problem Solution

If you receive the Access Violation error confirm first that Microsoft XML is installed. Then check that the security settings have not changed on the Windward folders. You should at the very least be able to Read, Write, Modify and Delete a file in the data folders. Next confirm that the XMLCentral.xml file exists, and is not 0KB in size. It should contain around 12KB or more of data. If it does not, then this file could be corrupt, and the simple solution will be to replace this file from a recent backup.
