What is the use of a part warning comment?

If there are information that you want to let the users to know everytime they would access a specific part number like adding this to an Invoice or to edit that item then the Part Warning Comment is the answer to that problem, this would eliminate reasons like the paper note was lost or forgot to tell… since the user cannot proceed in accessing the inventory record without confirming the comment was read.
