Income Tax for Supplemental Wages

Supplemental Wages, (Bonus, severence, Overtime) can optionally require a flat rate of income tax to be withheld. If Supplemental wages are paid separately from regular wages and identified as a different amount, a flat rate of federal income tax is withheld.
