Data restart work order process

Work orders have to be manually entered into the restarted data set. There are a few ways to tackle this

Opt 1: Estimates

There are 3 main tasks in this process:
- Enter all work orders as estimates (before go live)
- Keep up to date by doing double entry (once into live date and once into restarted data)
- Remove all estimates that are closed as you complete work orders in live (double check at go live time)

In the restarted data we need to be able to keep regular estimates separate from the work order estimates.
- Opt1: Remove any existing estimates is one option
- Mark all estimates you create somehow so we can tell them apart
  - Opt2: Give a W prefix to the invoice number
  - Opt3: Use an invoice sub-type
  - Opt4: Use an invoice lookup word
Determine how long it would take you to enter the existing work orders into System Five
The goal will be to perform a cut-off prior to go live that gives you enough time to enter the all of the active work orders.
Keep up to date on entry of all new work orders. Enter them as estimates in the restarted data
As you complete work orders in your live data, it would be best to remove them in the restarted data
Once you reach your go live date, make sure you have the same number of work orders and that they add up to the same dollar value. You want to make sure they all moved over to the restarted data correctly
Backup the Restarted Data directory
Do the data load portions of the restart procedure
Flip the estimates in restarted data to work orders until they match the live data

Manually enter all open work orders once the restart process and associated data loads have been completed.
IMPORTANT: You should not be running during this time as stock reserved on work orders will not be reserved until the work order exists.
